These sessions are focused on strategic, short-term and long-term planning. The purpose is to teach top-performing executives how to develop and use their plans.

Session 2: LONG TERM PLANNING
This session describes the types of plans that top performing executives use and clarifies what both bad and good plans look like. The session covers simple strategies for how to make plans gender-smart, including the benefits of making gender-smart plans such as purchasing power, business performance and customer insights. Participants are then introduced to tools they should use for strategic planning, specifically the strategic plan framework, Porter's Five Forces, SWOT analysis and further strategies on how to make strategic plans gender smart.
Session 3: TACTICAL PLANNING, THE AMP & CASCADING PLANS
This session is on annual planning, cascading and tactical planning. The purpose of the session is for participants to learn how top performing executives cascade plans, develop annual plans and put their plans to effective use. The goal for cascading is that executives can see their vision becoming reality in their daily work via the process of cascading, or systematically breaking their plans and goals into smaller and more actionable work. Participants are then introduced to the OKR system, which is the content in the annual, quarterly and monthly plans. They are also introduced to the weekly legend system and calendars, which are the most tactical of all plans.
